  • If the speech-to-text service is inaccurate or fails to meet the promised quality standards, you may request a refund within 7 days of your order.

  • If you cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle, you may be eligible for a partial refund for unused time, depending on the terms of your subscription.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the nature of digital services, once you have accessed or used our services (e.g., transcriptions completed, files processed), refunds will not be offered unless the service is defective.
  • Refunds will not be provided for custom requests that have already been processed.
